Bodi fit

Ta objava je v prvi vrsti namenjena fitnesu in pa dobri stari prijateljski navezi E&G B&D.

Po pre pre pre pre nažrtem, feštaškem, divjem, nezdravem, nenaspanem in predvsem presladkem – kaloričnem decembru nama ni preostalo čist nič drugega, kot da se spet vrneva na “topljenje maščob” – v fitnes. Lani sva bila pridna tudi z vzponi na naš bližnji “hrib” – HOM, ki ti kar pošteno požene kri po žilah, če ubereš pravi tempo. No, jutri se nama bo spet (letos prvič) uspelo vpisati v knjigo na vrhu Homa.

Poleg “mučenja v fitnesu” sem se odločila spremeniti tudi moje prehranjevalne navade. Nikdar nisem bila in nikoli ne mislim biti ljubiteljica v naprej – točno po dnevih napisanih diet, (shujšaj tulk in tulk kg v enem tednu, kako do sanjske postave… zeljna očiščevalna kura… ločevalna dieta) Ne hvala, to ni za mene. Ne rečem da ne delujejo, sam verjamem, da kolk hitr gre dol, gre kasnej tut gor. Tako da je bolje ubrati neko zmerno srednjo pot in jo skušati ohraniti. Prav tako pa nisem navdušena nad prenabildanim telesom – tudi tu zagovarjam v mejah normale oblikovano telo. Zame so taboljš treningi, ki so sestavljeni iz kardio vaj in pa dela na “utežeh”. No in po dveh tednih “lepega obnašanja” če lahko temu tako rečem, se (če ne druga) že super počutim in samo upam da bom vztrajala in da me ne bo kakšna čokoladna skušnjava spet uničila. Ja, čokolada je pri meni največji problem, vsemu drugemu se takoj odpovem,… ampak čokolada. Mmmmmmmm.

Najina dolgoletna prijatelja Damjan in Brina sta prava fitnes mojstra in z veseljem se redno (min. 3x na teden) vračava v fitnes studio MlakiFit v Žalcu.

Oba sta osvojila veliko zavidljivih naslovov, priznanj, pokalov,… saj sta s srcem, dušo in telesom posvetila svoj del življenja oblikovanju telesa. Ne bom nakladala – če koga zanima še kaj več (dosežki, podatki, slike), naj klikne na MlakiFit stran in si prebere kar ga zanima. V bližnji prihodnosti pa se fitnes studio seli na drugo lokacijo in mi se že zelo veselimo. 🙂

Kljub dolgoletnem prijateljstvu pa pri treningih ni usmiljenja (in prav je tako!) – gledanja skozi prste. Moram priznati da me je Brina pri sestavljanju programa do konca izmučila, da sem bla dva dni dobesedno hroma. Pretegne, raztegne, zbudi se popolnoma vsaka mišica, ki jo premoreš. In ko na pol mrtev vzdihuješ: “Brinaaaaa, ne morem več” se ona prijazno nasmehne (in ti misliš da bo rekla, ok ni treba več), te pogleda in pravi: ” ajde, ajde, lej jo… še trikrat,… še dvakrat, enkrat,…).

Ko smo bili rosno mladi smo veliko časa, prežuranih vikendov in dopustov preživeli skupaj. Kasneje pa smo, vsi zaposleni in obremenjeni s takšnimi in drugačnimi obveznostmi ugotovili da leta noro hitro minevajo, da je vedno manj naših prijetnih druženj. Še dobro da se vsaj na fitnesu videvamo in kakšno rečemo. Poleg natrpanega urnika v fitnesu, pa dela Brina še na bowlingu in tako komaj da najde še kaj prostega časa. Aprila pa bo pri njima še bolj veselo. Jeeeeeee.

Ko sma se po dolgem času spet “našle”:

Bom raje kar končala z mislijo: “za prijatelje, si je treba čas vzet”, saj bi drugače o vseh naših prigodah (a, ne Brina: vic-Smile flaška-avtocesta, ščega, rd pri Koriju, bluzenje po kampu Stella Maris, pust, kamp Lucija, Tarantela…) lahko pisala in pisala in pisala.

  1. Wow, kako izčrpno poročilo🙂. Morm rečt da si me prijetno presenetla. Prav lepo je brati kok fajn smo se imeli skupaj, pa kok se še bomo… Res je da čas prehitro mineva – to opažam sploh zdaj, ko sem v najlepšem obdobju, zato si moramo vzet tistih par minut drug za drugega, da se sprostimo po prenatrpanih urnikih.
    Kar se fitnesa ter zdravega načina življenja tiče – veš da najbolj uživam v tem, da pomagam drugim ljudem do boljše samopodobe ter zdravja, tako da če boš karkoli še rabila – just shoot!😉
