Kaneloni malo drugače

Ker moj dobro preizkušen recept za kanelone (tisti s palačinkami) vzame kar nekaj časa, sem se po predlogu med komentatorji tukaj, odločila da poiskusim tudi ta način. Res je hitrejše in enostavnejše, samo jaz ne jemljem te jedi kot kanelone, ampak mogoče bolj kot lasanjo. To pa seveda še zdaleč ne pomeni, da ni uspelo oz. da ni bilo dobro🙂

(pssst –> našla sem jih samo v Mercatorju)

Polnjeni so z bolognese omako, v katero sma dodala še gobice, koruzo, paradižnik in papriko. (lahko bi bil nadev gobji, zelenjavni, kakšno drugo meso… sirni,… po želji).

Ni potrebno prej kuhati, saj je enako kot pri lasanja testeninah, pa še lažje jih je napolniti, ker so trde.

Polijemo z omako po želji. Moja: muškatni orešek, mleko, kisla smetana, sir, jajce in malo moke.

175 C, cca. 30 – 40 minut

  2. Pa se testenine res zmehčajo? jst jih za lazanjo vseen mal pokuham, ker mi tiste trde plošče ne vlivajo ravno zaupanja…

    @AndrejK: garantirano! Prisežem pri Šarku (pol veš da gre zares😉 ), da se lasanja in tile kaneloni testenine zmehčajo v popolno kuhano stanje, ker to so dejansko že kuhane testenine, ker piše gor sušene testenine, tak da to je blo že enkrat toplotno obdelano🙂 Ne se več matrat s kuhanjem, ker sem jst dolgoooo tak čas tratla, zdej pa je super ko več ne pacam. Sam da daš dost sočno omako oz. dovolj preliva gor pa je.

  4. vau, js se tudi izogibam tem narejenim kanelonom, nekako jim ne zaupam. zdaj pa vidim, da so čist okej. sploh ker pri Šarkiju dvigaš roko😉

  5. @M&M: res je super. Ker se še dobro spomnem kok smo vedno kuhal pa pol zraven norel ko se je lepilo, trgalo,… zdej pa zložiš deske skupi, ven pa dobiš mehko🙂

  11. Jaz drugih kanelonov sploh jem ne. In to so pravi kaneloni, tisti s palačinkami so samo neka izmišljena verzija in nič drugega🙂 Bog ne daj, da Italijane začnete prepričevati, da so palačinkaste zadeve kaneloni. Je pa res, da žal Barilline proizvode pri nas, razen standardnih, težko najdeš. V Italiji imaš en kup variacij in dobiš lahko tudi mega velike testeninske školjke, ki jih pripraviš isto kot tele kanelone. Z nadevom iz morskih sadežov so prava poslastica🙂

  12. @Vale: Mmmmmmm, sliši se slastno. Ja, Barilla ima super proizvode, sam žal (kakor praviš) ni vsega pri nas za dobit. Se spomnim da smo večkrat kupili v Italiji Barilline pizze ot. sestavine za pizzo, ki je bila ful dobra in zelo enostavna priprava. Pa smo jih potem večkrat kupili tudi v Sparu v Sloveniji,… potem pa so jih kar naenkrat odmaknili s prodaje. Evropa zdaj, pa to ne?

  13. Da ti ne povem, da so Barillini proizvodi v IT 30 do 50% cenejši kot pri nas🙂

  14. Saj zato pa so jih umaknil iz prodaje, če jih ljudje raje kupijo v Italiji za 30 do 50 % ceneje. Greš enkrat na let al pa tud večkrat v Trst in si narediš zalogo.
