Mesne polpete

Ker mi je zmanjkalo idej za kuhanje, sem v roke vzela kuharsko pomočnico, ki so mi jo podarili v službi.


Mmm, dobro je uspelo.


1 stara žemlja

1 čebula

1 strok česna

peteršilj (če želite, midva ga ne uporabiva)

400g mešanega mletega mesa

1 jajce



mleta paprika

olje za pečenje

Žemljo namočimo v 1/4 litra vode (jaz sem v mleku). Čebulo in česen drobno sesekljamo (jaz sem jo prej še popražila, v originalnem receptu pa se da v maso surova) in vse sestavine zmešamo z mesom. Žemljo prej stisnemo, da odvečna tekočina odteče. Če je masa premokra jo zgostimo z drobtinami za paniranje.


Polpete spečemo na vročem olju. Enostavno, hitro in dobro (odlične so, ker so tako krhke – mehke)

  4. @Eva: Jooj, tole čakanje, danes že 10 dni čez rok, mi že pošteno preseda, neki se sicer nakazuje, ampak nič konkretnega… pa me tolažijo, da še noben ni not ostal, men se pa trenutno zdi, kot da sploh ne misli ven… trebuh pa vedno težji in težji… e, pa sem mal pojamrala 🙂
