Simpl drgač! Nč se obremenjevat če bo musaka potem šla iz pekača v obliki tortnega kosa, ker tudi v Grčiji jo postrežejo v posodici, kjer je vse skupaj malo pomešano ;D Važen je okus! Torej, skuhaš krompir. Nardiš gosto bolognese. Popečeš jajčevce. Dodala sem še koruzo, ker je bila ravno odprta v hladilniku. Lahko še kaj po svoje… Plasti: krompir, jejčevci, koruza, bolognese, sir, krompir, preliv (kisla smetana, mleko, jajci, muškatni orešek, sol, vegeta).
Sej tale moja je v bistvu drgač čist obična. Ampak odkar sem jedla pravo grško nikakor ne gre več brez jajčevcev tu not 😀

Borut, že res, da na nekaterih plažah ni naravne sence, vendar za to poskrbijo dežniki, katere ponujajo. Naravna senca bo na nekaj plažah okoli Pefkoule, Nikiane in skrita plažica na pri Efgirosu. Glede na to, da bodo rentali avto, bo nakup dežnika ali dveh minimalen strošek tudi za tiste plaže, kjer naravne sence ni, oz. ne ponujajo dežnikov. Katsiki in Egremini pa imajo dovolj le teh na voljo. Plaže pa so dostopne, vsaj te, ki sem jih opisal na blogu.
No, jaz nikogar ne silim tja, vsak se sam odloči. Povem svoje mnenje na podlagi otokov, kjer sem bil. Lahko, da je Samos boljši, ne poznam cen, verjetno pa Evi ustreza tudi da je otok manjši, da lahko celega preiščejo v tistih dneh, ki so na voljo. 🙂
